Value of LDH Measurement in Damage Assessment of Single Donor Platelet

目的 探讨测定LDH作为保存SDP的损伤评价标准的价值。方法 选择19份SDP样本均分为2组，放置于血小板摇床内保存，保存24h为实验组，保存1-3h为对照组，检测并比较2组间LDH值。结果 SDP保存24h后与1-3h的LDH值存在显著性差异。结论 选择悬浮SDP血浆检测LDH水平可评估保存SDP损伤。

Objective To discuss the value of lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） measurement in the damage assessment of machinecollected single donor platelet （SDP） in storage. Methods Nineteen samples were divided into two groups, i.e. experimental group and control group, both of which were placed onto shaking platelet bed. The former group were kept there for 24 h, and tile latter for 1 - 3 h. Then, the two groups＇LDH levels were measured and compared. Results There was significant difference in LDH level between the two groups whose SDP were kept for different hours. Conclusion SDP damage in storage can be assessed by way of measuring LDH level in SDP plasma suspension.
