住院军职离退休干部主要病种分析

Classification of Disease of In-Patient with Retired Veteran Cadres Including and Above the Level of Army Commander

目的了解住院军职离退休干部主要疾病构成。方法收集2002—2004年在我院住院的驻石家庄地区离退休军职干部173例,对其主要病种进行统计。结果患病率在前15位的依次是冠心病、原发性高血压、前列腺增生症、慢性支气管炎、糖尿病、高脂血症、慢性胃炎、脑梗死、恶性肿瘤、胆囊炎胆石症、颈椎病、高尿酸血症、肺炎、消化性溃疡、帕金森病。结论以冠心病、高血压、脑梗死为代表的心脑血管病,以糖尿病、高脂血症为代表的代谢性疾病,以及恶性肿瘤在住院军职离退休干部中有较高的患病率,且严重威胁着住院军职离退休干部的身体健康和生命安全,应将这些疾病的筛查和防治作为医疗保健的重点。

Objective To analyze the classification of disease of in-patient with retired veteran cadres including and above the level of army commander. Methods Review the classification of disease of inpatient of 173 cases with retired veteran cadres including and above the level of army commander admitted from 2002 to 2004. Results The sickness rate of coronary heart disease, hypertension, hyperplasia of prostate, chronic bronchitis, diabetes, hyperlipemia, chronic gastric, cerebral infarction, malignant tumor, cholecystitis and cholelithiasis, cervical spondylopathy, hyperuricemia, pneumonia, peptic ulcer and Parkinson disease arranged in magnitude order. Conclusion The sickness rate of cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease, metabolic disease and malignant tumor are very high in retired veteran cadres including and above the level of army commander. Which menace the health of retired veteran cadres including and above the level of army commander. Preventing and treating these disease is focal point of the hygiene work.
