韶关市居民就医倾向影响因素分析

Study on Influential Factors of Seeking Medical Care Tendency in Shaoguan Municipal Residents

目的探讨影响城市居民就医倾向的主要因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,对2 100名韶关市居民进行问卷调查,并对调查数据进行分层定量分析和逐步回归分析。结果居民认为影响就医因素中第一考虑因素有930人认为医药费太贵,占45.1%,461人认为无经济支付能力,占22.4%;居民就医选择医院时,最优先考虑的因素中有1 350人选择医院的技术水平,占65.5%;逐步回归分析中医疗机构类别和个人月收入进入回归方程,其相关系数分别是0.348及0.208。结论个人经济支付能力和医疗服务质量是影响居民就医的主要因素。

Objective To study the influential factors of seeking medical care tendency of municipal residents in Shaoguan. Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was randomly assigned 2. 100 municipal residents in Shaoguan to complete the questionnaires for their influencing factors to seek medical care services, and the data were stratified into quantitative and stepwise regression analysis. Results There were 930 residents （45.1% ） considered the expensive medical care cost as the major factor that influenced their seeking medical care tendency, 461 residents （22.4 % ） thought they were unable to pay the medical care service cost, and 1,350 residents （6.5.5 % ） regarded the prior factor as medical quality when they select hospital. The coefficient variables between medical organization and personal income came into the regression equation were 0. 348 and 0. 208 respectively. Conclusion The major influential factors of seeking medical care are economic condition of the municipal residents and the medical service quality.
