摘要
本文阐述了科研院所技术创新能力的具体涵义以及影响科研院所技术创新能力的四个主要因素,并依据影响因素构建出评价科研院所技术创新能力的指标体系,应用可信度分析方法和SPSS软件统计分析了指标体系的可靠性和可操作性,为评价科研院所的技术创新能力提供了量化指标。
This paper introduced the meaning of research institutions＇ technology innovation ability and some key factors of influence. Based on the 4 influence factors, it structured an index system to evaluate research institutions＇ technology innovation ability. The reliability and feasibility of the index system was analyzed by applying a reliability analysis method and SPSS software. It provides an index system to evaluate research institutions＇ technology innovation ability.
