胃癌及癌前病变组织中Endoglin标记的微血管密度表达意义

Expression of microvessel density marked with Endoglin in gastric cancer and precancerous lesion

目的研究Endoglin标记的微血管密度计数(MVD)与胃癌发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测60例胃癌和56例胃癌癌前病变组织中Endoglin标记的微血管密度计数。结果Endoglin标记的MVD在胃癌发生过程中增加显著,其表达强度与胃癌临床分期、淋巴结转移、细胞分化程度有关,与胃癌患者性别、年龄无关。结论Endoglin与胃癌的发生发展有关,Endoglin标记的MVD检测有可能成为胃癌诊断、病情监测及预后判断的一项有价值的指标。

Objective To study expression of microvessel density（MVD） marked with endoglin in gastric cancer and precancerous lesion. Methods The expression of MVD marked with endoglin was assayed by immunohistochemical method in 60 cases gastric cancer and 56 cases gastric precancerous lesion. Results MVD marked with endoglin was found in the precancerous lesion-cancer sequence, the level of MVD marked with endoglin was correlated with clinical stage, lymph node mdtastasis, pathologic grade, but not with sex and age. Conclusion These results suggest that endoglin may be involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, it suggests that measurment of MVD marked with endoglin may be of value in diagnosis, evaluating evolution of disease as well as the curative effect in patients with gastric cancer.
