摘要 核糖体失活蛋白(RIPs)是一类存在于某些高等植物体内的天然抗癌活性成分,分为Ⅰ型即单链RIPs和Ⅱ型即双链RIPs。细胞毒素Gelonin属于单链RIPs,相对分子质量约为30×103,具有Ⅰ型RIPs的生物学活性。综述了细胞毒素Gelonin的结构、生物学活性以及在抗癌治疗中的应用前景。 Ribosome-inactivating proteins （RIPs）, a natural anti-caner protein from some advanced plants, includes single-chain robosome-inactivating proteins （type Ⅰ ） and double-chain ribosome-inactivating proteins （type Ⅱ ）. Gelonin, relative molecular weight around 30×10^3, belongs to single-chain ribosomeinactivating proteins. This review is about the structure and biological activity of cell toxin Gelonin and application prospect in anti-cancer treatment.
