非霍奇金淋巴瘤中枢神经系统侵犯4例

摘要 目的提高对非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)中枢神经系统侵犯(CNSL)的认识。方法报告4例NHL的病理类型、治疗经过及影像报告检查结果,并复习相关文献。结果4例病理类型均为中高度恶性,均出现脑实质侵犯,1例尚合并脑膜侵犯,2例出现于病情完全缓解后。结论对具有中枢神经系统侵犯高危因素的NHL,在有效控制全身淋巴瘤的基础上,有必要早期进行脑脊液、影像学等检查,以便早期发现无症状CNSL患者,同时给予预防性化疗或放疗。
