摘要
研究了聚丙烯酸分散剂对超细α-A l2O3悬浮液稳定性的影响。研究表明:在一定条件下,PAA添加量的增加,悬浮液的稳定性得到显著地改善,但过量的分散剂对悬浮液的稳定性将产生不利影响。分散剂添加量对悬浮液中氧化铝颗粒的粒径有很大影响,在最佳PAA添加量下,氧化铝粒颗粒径分布窄,平均粒径最小。
The stability of aqueous utrafine α-Al2O3 suspensions with poly( acrylic acid ) (PAA) was studied as a function of dispersant content. The experimental results showed that, at a given condition, with the increased dispersant content, the stability of the suspensions was improved dramatically, while the amount of dispersant exceeded the optimum value, the stability of suspensions would decline. The amount of dispersant addition had an impact on particle size distribution of α-Al2O3 suspension,Addition of optimal dispersant content could achieve the lowest average particle size with the narrow particle size distribution.
