摘要
用Petri网建立了建筑施工流程的优化模型,模型形象描述了建筑过程中施工流程的因果关系,并以总工期为优化目标,给出了优化算法,判别出整个施工过程中的关键流程,对关键流程进行优化,从而达到对整个建筑施工流程的优化,并可以计算出其它非关键流程的缓冲时间。
In this paper, Petri net is applied to construct a model of construction process optimization. The model vividly depicts the causality in the construction process, and a diagnosis algorithm is presented to optimize the total of a project. It gives us a good way to select the key path for construction process and optimize it. Then we can optimize the whole construction process and calculate the delay - time of the other process which is not the key one.
