油田集输管线介质多相流腐蚀数学模型研究

摘要 介绍了在多相流条件下如何对油田集输管线介质进行腐蚀因素研究和建立数学模型,并研究了集输管线介质流速,氧含量、pH值、矿化度、温度、二氧化碳分压和水含量共七个因素对20号钢管材的腐蚀影响趋势。研究所用的多相流腐蚀评价装置已获国家专利,其设计思路和评价方法对相关领域的研究具有指导作用。 The corrosion factor of oil field pipeline media at multi-phase flow conditions is studied and associated mathematic model is established. The impact of seven factors like oxygen content, fluid velocity, pH value, temperature, minerality, carbon dioxide partial pressure and water on the corrosion of 20 # steel pipe is investigated. The multi-phase flow corrosion evaluation unit used in the research has been granted the patent right by the state authorities. The design concepts and evaluation technique provide a guideline for associated research field.
