摘要
通过正交试验,对胜利原油脱水进行了研究,明确了最佳工艺条件,最终确定了使用该破乳剂的最佳工艺条件为:油溶性破乳剂BP4019加入量80μg/g,脱水温度80℃,电场800 V/cm,停留时间55分钟。在同样条件下,超声波可以降低脱水电流50%以上,脱后含水明显降低。胜利原油的脱水问题可以采用声场和电场结合的办法加以解决。
The dehydration of Shengli crude is studied by orthogonal experiment The optimized process conditions are finalized, such as 80 ppm of oil soluble emulsion breaker BP4019, 80℃ dehydration temperature, 800V/cm electric field intensity and 55 minutes' retention time. At the same conditions, ultra-sonic can reduce dehydration electric current by 50% and the water in dehydrated oil is significantly deceased. Therefore, the combination of ultrasonic and electric field provides the satisfactory means for dehydration of Shengli crude oil.
