优化加热炉衬里结构适应炉内腐蚀环境

摘要 福建炼油化工有限公司减压炉辐射室1997年4月喷涂全陶纤炉衬,运行6年后炉顶内衬发生局部脱落。2005年2月底装置停工大检修,发现炉衬大部分Φ6mm保温钉的根部已腐蚀断开,炉衬报废。文章分析了炉衬失效的原因,并在大检修中通过优化炉衬结构,采用新型复合衬里结构来适应炉内腐蚀环境。以确保加热炉长周期运行。 The radiation chamber of furnace in vacuum distillation unit in Fujisa Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd was installed With complete ceramic fiber refractory lining in April, 1997, Some of lining at top of chamber spalled after 6 years' operation. The scheduled turnaround in February, 2005 found that most of the anchors of 6 ram diameter became loose due to corrosion and refractory lining became useless. The causes of lining failure were analyzed, sad the lining construction was optimized in the overhaul. The new composite refractory lining was applied to accommodate to the corrosive environment to ensure the long-term operation.
