摘要
利用气相色谱法检测了应用毒死蜱喷雾防治松突圆蚧后,林下土壤中药后当天及1,3,7,14,28 d的残留量,结果表明,该药在林下土壤中1个月内的残留量较高,降解速度慢,28 d时最高降解率为89.24%,平均半衰期为11.48 d。
The pesticide residue in soil was determined by gas chromatography. By regression analysis, the result showed that the residue of this pesticide was relatively high in the soil under pine, the coefficient of degradation of chlorpyrifos was slow which rose to 89.24% after 28 d and the half degradation time of chlorpyrifos was 11.48 days in the forest soil.
