摘要
根据对铁路耐候钢货车的腐蚀、磨损状况的调查,定量地测量了钢板的残余厚度,得到了车辆不同部位钢板的减薄速率。数据统计结果表明目前铁路货车所使用的耐候钢材料不能满足设计寿命25年的要求,急需耐蚀性更好的结构材料代替目前广泛使用的耐候钢。铁道部已经开始试用经济型不锈钢和铝合金制造车辆,高耐蚀性耐候钢也已经开始试制。
Based on the investigation of corrosion and abrasion for railway freight wagon made of weathering steel, the decreasing rate of thickness of the structure has been got. Statistic shows that the material of weathering steel being used does not satisfy the requirement of service life that should be 25 years. It is needed to find out new kinds of metal that have better performance of anti - corrosion to replace what is being used. Now the stainless steel and aluminum alloy have been used to trail- manufacture from. The high corrosion- resistance weathering steel is also being developed.
