摘要
教育券理论自产生以来,在国外许多国家得以实践。教育券制度弥补了公立学校的缺陷,也产生了一些问题。在我国基础教育改革过程中,教育券理论与实践为反思我国公立学校教育投资问题、公平与效率问题以及基础教育的营利性问题提供了新的视角。
The theory of educational vouchers has practiced in many countries since it has come into being. It remedies the defects of public schools, but it also brings some problems. In the reforming process of elementary education,educational vouchers theory and practice has offered a new angle of view on rethinking some problems such as elementary education investment,equity and efficiency,as well as the profit- making problems.
