2型糖尿病患者血清抵抗素水平研究
摘要
抵抗素是由Steppan等在2001年首先报道的由脂肪细胞分泌的富含半胱氨酸的肽类激素，并经鼠模型证实其可能为肥胖和2型糖尿病的连接点，或至少部分说明了肥胖和2型糖尿病之间的关系。但也有研究显示，在正常人2型糖尿病的肌肉组织和孤立的脂肪细胞中抵抗素的表达没有发现不同。人类抵抗素是否有与鼠类抵抗索有相似的作用，尚难定论。为此，我们进行了该实验以探讨人血清抵抗素水平与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。
