葡萄膜炎并发白内障的人工晶状体植入术

Intraocular lens implantation for complicated cataract because of uveitis.

目的探讨葡萄膜炎并发白内障的手术方式和疗效。方法对28例（28眼）葡萄膜炎并发白内障行白内障摘出及人工晶状体植人术，观察其视力变化及术中、术后并发症。结果术后26眼（92．86％）视力较术前提高。其中〉0．5者10眼，0．3。0．5者10眼，0．1。0．2者6眼，〈0．1者2眼。结论葡萄膜炎并发白内障植人人工晶状体。效果可靠。

Objective To investigate the surgical management and effects in complicated cataract patients following uveitis. Methods 28 patients （28eyes） with complicated cataract after uveitis underwent cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Preoperative and postoperative visual acuity was compared. The interoperative and postoperative complications were observed. Results Visual acuity improved in 26 eyes, 10 eyes gained postoperative visual acuity 0.5 or better. 10 eyes had 0.3-0.5,6 eyes had 0.1-0.3, 2 eyes had less than 0. 1. There were no severe complications during and after operation. Conclusion Cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation provides a preferable approach in complicated cataract patients because of uveitis.
