摘要 根据湖北省所处地理位置,其特有的雷电活动气候特征及地质地貌特点,对全省各地区的雷击跳闸情况进行了统计,通过分析找出当前湖北主网高压输电线路防雷存在的主要问题:杆塔的隐患、地网接地不合要求、避雷线保护角过大。在线路防雷的综合治理上既要重视常规措施的落实,也要有选择地对新的防雷措施如线路避雷器、可控放电避雷针、耦合地线的应用进行实践。在管理上推广应用雷电定位系统是分析事故原因、采取有效防雷措施不可缺少的手段。 According to the geographic location of Hubei province and its distinctive lightning actions, climatic and geologic-geomorphic characteristics, the statistic analysis on the lightning-stroke tripping over Hubei province was given. Major problems existing in the HV transmission gird were presented, such as hidden danger of the towers, unqualified grounding grid and the over-lean of protection angles of the ground wires. It is pointed out that application of new lightning protection measures such as line-type surge arrester, controllable discharge lightning rod, coupling grounding wire should be put into practice besides conventional measures being well implemented. It is also presented that Lightning Location System is effective and indispensable in fault analysis and lighming prevention.
