摘要
通常的仪表检定过程较繁琐,且管理上无法保证检定人员的工作质量,因此现场仪表的检定精度很容易出现问题。介绍在台州发电厂应用的热工仪表自动检定维护管理系统,该系统实现了压力仪表的全自动检定;实现了管理与仪表检定一体化,变送器、逻辑开关、指示表检定一体化,现场检定与检定室检定一体化,显著地提高了检定效率,减轻了劳动强度,保证了检定精度,确保检定结果准确可靠、科学规范;可自动打印检定报告,提高了工厂的自动化管理水平和机组的安全可靠性。
Generally, the minute and complicated instrument calibration procedure and inefficient management give rise to frequent problems in calibration accuracy. This paper introduced the maintenance management system for thermal instrument auto-calibration. It has realized the integration of management and calibration, integration of transmitters, logic switches and meters calibration as well as the integration of field calibration and room calibration. As a result, it has greatly improved the calihration efficiency, relieved the labors, ensured the calibration accuracy, guaranteed the accurate, reliable and standard calibration results, in addition, this system can print the calibration report automatically so as to improve the automatic management and safe operation.
