精神分裂症患者开放管理出走原因分析及对策

Analysis on reasons of schizophrenia patients’ run-away behavior in openly management model and countermeasures

目的 探讨精神分裂症患者在全开放管理模式中发生出走行为相关原因和护理管理中存在的问题，并提出时策，以预防和减少患者出走。方法 对2003年6月-2005年3月住全开放病区的574倒精神分裂症患者，其中发生出走行为的32例惠者进行分析。结果 出走原因有：患者病情、社会偏见、医疗费用、环境因素、担心家庭。结论 精神分裂症患者的出走行为可以归纳出几个主要原因．并据此采取措施，对预防和减少患者出走起重要作用。

Objective To explore the reasons that caused schizophrenia patients＇ run-away behaviors in openly management model and the countermeasures in order to prevent the patients＇ behaviors of running away. Methods From June,2003 to March,2005, 574 schizophrenia patients admitted in openly ward. Among them, 32 patients appeared run-away behavior. Results It was indicated that the reasons that caused schizophrenia patients＇ run-away behavior were their conditions, social prejudice, medical expense, environment, worrying about their families. Conclusions There are some reasons caused schizophrenia patients＇ run-away behavior. We should take actions according to the reasons to prevent and reduce the patients＇ behaviors of run-away.
