颌面部损伤量化评分的临床研究

Quantitative analysis on the maxillofacial injury

作者通过对２４７例颌面部损伤患者的回顾性研究，采用量化评分来评定颌面部损伤的严重度，即划分轻度、中度和重度损伤。结果：本组病例中属轻度伤者有１３０例，ｆ值的许可范围１～５．９９，每例平均分值（ＩＳＳ）为３．９１；属中等度伤者有８２例，ｆ值许可范围６～９．９９，ＩＳＳ值为７．２３；重度损伤３５例，ｆ值为１０以上，ＩＳＳ值为１４．０３。将划定结果进行回代验证，结果符合率达９８．７％。作者认为ＩＳＳ值超过１０者应列为抢救病例。本研究结果对颌面部损伤的救治、预后判断，及其伤愈后的善后处理都有很重要的意义。

Abstract In order to obtain a reliable index of maxillofacial injury seventy and to instruct the emergency medicine and other problems,the authors evaluated the scale of maxillofacial injury quantitatively.of 247 cases reviewed,Mild,accounting for 52.7%,had ISS 3.91,f-1￣5.99;Moderate,ISS 7.23,f-6￣9.99;Serious,ISS 14.03,f>10.The method was more precise,faster and easier than the traditional evaluation.
