单克隆抗体对变形链球菌生长的影响

The effect of McAb on growth of mutans streptococci

用自制的抗远缘链球菌ＯＭＺ１７６２２０ｋＤ表面蛋白抗原的单克隆抗体（ＭＣＡｂ）对ＯＭＺ１７６菌的生长进行研究。结果表明，在一定时间内ＭＣＡｂ（ＷＣ３Ａ６ｄ）与ＯＭＺ１７６菌作用后，其生长率较对照组明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

Abstract The study of effect of McAb to a cell wall protein antigen(Molecular Weight 220 kd)of S.sobrinus OMZ176 on the growth of S.sobrinus OMZ176 was made.The results showed that the growth of S.sobrinus OMZ176 was lower by McAb(WC3A6d)in given time;it was significantly different from that of control group(P<0.01).
