摘要
薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理的核心课题之一,是企业增强竞争力、吸引和留住人才的重要手段。探索企业年金在我国企业薪酬管理中所起的作用具有重要的理论与实践意义。文章简述了企业年金的概念及性质,介绍了薪酬管理的内容及我国企业薪酬管理现状,并对企业年金制度在我国企业薪酬管理中的作用加以分析。
Compensation management is one of the core tasks of enterprise human resources management, it also is the important means of enhancing the enterprise competition ability and attracting the talent. Researching the effect of occupational pension in enterprises' compensation management of our country has great academic meaning and practical meaning. This thesis firstly introduces the conception and the character of occupational pension, secondly introduces the meaning and the content of compensation management, at the same time introduces the present situation of enterprises' compensation management in our country, at last, this thesis analyses the effect of occupational pension system in enterprises' compensation management of our country.
