护士规范化培训是护理人力资源管理的重要组成部分,是护理人才梯队培养的重要任务之一,通过对本、专科新毕业护士进行有目的、有计划的阶段性、分层式规范化培训,可以帮助她们培养临床能力,提高全面素质,有利于促进护理队伍的整体发展。
Nurse standard training is an important component of nursing human resource management and one of the important tasks of nursing talents team cultiw^tion. By training newly graduated nurses in an intentional, planed way and according to different levels, it can help increase nurses'clinical ability and overall quality and promote nursing staff integrated development.
