On the Independence of Japan Central Bank

1997年6月,《日本银行法》修订版面世,其最关键的内容,是从法律的角度明确了日本银行的央行独立性地位。文章通过对日本中央银行的独立性进行分析和讨论,以期对我国目前正在进行的中央银行体制改革有所启示。

The Japanese Bank Law revised version was published in June 1997, whose key content is to determine the independent status of the Central Bank of Japanese Bank. Analyzing and discussing the independence of the Central Bank of Japanese Bank, it is hoped to get enlightenment for China＇s Central Bank system reform.
