U.S.Readjustment to Its Security Strategy and U.S.-China Military Relations with China in 2005

布什第二任期以来，在国家安全战略上不断推出新的举措，力图进一步扩大战略优势和进行地缘战略扩张。在对华军事关系上，美采取了一系列对华军事交往的新措施，增进两国军事上的沟通与交流。但两军关系的发展水平仍属低层次的，短期内难有突破性发展。

Since the second term of the Bush Administration, the U.S. has introduced some new measures one after the other in its national security strategy, in order to exploit its strategic superiority and carry out peripheral expansion strategy. In its military relations with China, the U.S. takes a series of new moves in its military exchanges with China so as to enhance communication and exchange between them. Nevertheless, the development level of their military relations still remains at a low level and it is hard to see a breakthrough within a short time.
