摘要
本文通过研究军队装备科研项目鉴定评价,提出了军队装备科研项目鉴定评价的指标体系,并在此基础上,给出了实用的基于灰色规划的军队装备科研项目鉴定评价模型,很好的解决了项目鉴定过程中的定性与定量相结合的问题。
In this paper, by studying appraisal of military equipment scientific research project, the authors provide systematic indicators on it, and provide a model of the evaluation of appraisal of military equipment scientific research project based on grey program, which can work out effectively the problem of determination and synthesis on appraisal of scientific research project.
