摘要
根据卧式海水制冰机的工作原理和结构建立数学物理模型,对其结冰过程进行数值模拟,将计算结果与试验数据进行对比分析,二者基本吻合,并研究冰筒转速、海水温度和蒸发温度对成品冰的厚度产生的影响。该数值模拟为卧式海水制冰机的实际设计和性能优化提供必要的理论依据。
According to the theory and configurable characteristic of the horizontal seawater ice maker, made a numerical simulation to it's icing-process, and got their consistency after compared the calculated data with the testing data, and researched the influence of the rotate speed of frozen cylinder, the temperature of seawater and the evaporated temperature on the thickness of the ice-product, The theoretical basis of the design and performance optimization of to thehorizontal seawater ice maker is offered by this numerical simulation.
