摘要 壳聚糖与苯甲醛反应制得保护氨基的Schiff碱壳聚糖,再与硫脲和乙酸反应合成了一种含硫脲基及羧基的新型接枝壳聚糖衍生物。主要中间体及最终产物经红外光谱验证与预期结构一致。 A new type chitosan derivative ( LNCTS ) was synthesized using aminothiourea and acetic acid as grafting agent. The C2 amino groups in chitosan was protected from reaction between benzaldehyde and chitosan to form N-benzylidene chitosan. After the reaction with aminothiourea and acetic acid chitosan to give the Schiff base benzaldehyde chitosan derivative ( LNCTS ) .The structure of these compounds was confirmed by IR spectural analysis.
