摘要 维持细胞容量相对恒定是生物进化过程中逐渐形成的一种调节能力。容量敏感的有机渗透分子和阴离子通道广泛存在于人、动物和植物细胞中,并对氯离子具有选择性。该通道参与细胞容量调节,在调节性容量减少过程中发挥主要作用。 Maintenance of constant cell volume is an evolutionarily ancient homeostatic process. and anion channels( VSOACs), which are permeatable to chlorine, distribute widely in human being, participate in cell volume regulation and play primary roles in regulatory volume decrease.
