日本血吸虫SJCWL06基因编码蛋白结构与功能的生物信息分析

Analyzing the structures and function of SJCWL06 encoding protein of Schistosoma japonicum by bioinformatics

目的分析和预测日本血吸虫SJCWL06基因编码蛋白的结构与功能。方法利用国际互联网中生物信息网站如美国国家生物技术信息中心(NCBI)等的相关信息,分析与预测该编码蛋白一、二、三级结构与功能。结果该基因长861bp,有一个完整的327bp的开放读框,编码109个氨基酸,其编码蛋白有一个信号肽,多个磷酸化位点和一个ABC-三磷酸腺苷酶的结构域,与蜜蜂(Apis mel-lifera)SMC3编码的mRNA基因序列同源性最高(84%)。结论SJCWL06基因编码蛋白具有进一步研究的潜在价值。

Objective To analyse and predict tb.e structures and function of SJCWL06 encoding protein of Schistosoma japonicum. Methods The first, secondary and tertiary structures and function of SJCWL06 encoding protein were analyzed and predicted by using the prefer information of bioinforrnatics on interact, for example NCBI. Results The SJCWL06 gene is 861 bp in whole length, has an open reading frame （ORF） of 327 bp encoding 109 amino acids with a signal peptide, an ABC-ATPase domain, several phasphorylation sites and the highest similarity of SMC3 protein of Apis mellifera （84 % ）. Conclusion SJCWL06 encoding protein is potentially worth for the further studying.
