摘要
寄生线虫严重危害着人类及畜禽的健康,给养殖业造成严重经济损失。从分子水平研究寄生线虫的生长、发育、繁殖等调控机制,可望找到防制寄生线虫病的新途径。该文从与寄生线虫发育调控相关的表面分子、入侵宿主时的触发基因、在宿主体内与摄食相关的基因以及引起宿主免疫应答和逃避宿主免疫应答的基因等方面对寄生线虫期特异性发育相关基因的研究进展作一综述。
Parasitic nematodes cause diseases of major socio-economic importance in animals and humans world-wide, With the development of molecular biology, many developmentally regulated genes and/or their expression in nematodes of socio-economic importance have been studied. This article provides a timely review of current information on developmentally related stage-specific genes of parasitic nematodes, and indicates the opportunities and prospects for studies on genomics and proteomies aspects of growth and development in parasitic nematodes of hurnans and animals.
