摘要
根据矿用电机车齿轮副在外部动态尖峰激励作用下,大齿轮频繁断裂的问题,提出一种弹性齿轮结构,以缓解动载荷对齿轮的刚性作用,提高齿轮的实际寿命。利用ANSYS软件,进行有限元分析和动态模拟,其研究结论对于提高齿轮承受尖峰载荷的能力及弹性齿轮的进一步研究具有实际意义。
Based on the frequent fracture of the big gear in a gear pair on the haulage motor used in a opencast mine in the effect of the outside peak load imposed on it, a elastic structure was put forward to release the rigid effect of dynamic load on the gear and improve its practical life. The finite element analysis and the dynamic analogies were carried out on the ANSYS software, the result has a practical meaning to improve the capacity of the gear bearing the peak load and the further research of the elastic gear.
