摘要
这里综合分析了在数控加工中用直线段及圆弧段拟合、逼近非圆曲线及列表曲线的处理方法及算法,在满足加工精度和实时性要求的条件下,以C语言为算法核心、以VB6.0为平台,开发用于平面轮廓曲线数值计算的数控编程预处理系统,该系统主要实现的功能包括曲线初始参数和条件的输入;C语言程序运行控制及线形的模拟;刀位轨迹摸拟;NC代码生成输出等。可极大的简化中低档数控机床上数控加工程序编写前的数值计算过程,提高数控编程效率。
Based on the analysis of the arithmetic and tabulate curves by line and arc in the numerical control milling, a pretreatment system for the numerical control programming based on plat of VB6. 0 is introduced, the system can meet the requirement of cut accuracy and real- time control. It' s function include functional curves' parameter inputting ; C program running; curves and cutter' s location simulating; NC codes outputting and so on. Which would not only simplify the process of numerical calculation before milling on low and mid level NC machine but also improve the efficiency of NC programming.
