In the paper, the state-of-the-art and advantages of commercial concrete are introduced.some main problems on commercrete in construction are proposed, including the low of strength and the coss control of water cement ratiio and so on. The importance of controlling and monitoring on the main index, such as coarse aggregate, sand ratio,etc,are expended at the end of the paper.
