摘要
研究了烧结温度对MoSi2发热元件性能的影响,使用SEM观察了各种烧结温度试样的微观组织、氧化层厚度及高温弯曲试样的表面形貌,测定了各种温度烧结试样的氧化动力学曲线、电阻率及抗弯强度。结果表明,高温烧结的MoSi2可进行热态弯曲成形,表面没有发现裂纹,试样中的气孔已明显球化,氧化层厚度明显小于低温烧结试样的。高温烧结试样的电阻率较低,抗弯强度较高,烧损温度达到1750℃。
The effect of sintering temperature on the properties of MoSi2 heating element was studied.The microstructure and the thickness of oxied layer for the samples sintered at different temperature,the surface morphology of the bending specimens tested at high temperature were observed by using SEM.The oxidation kinetics curve,electrical resistivity and bending strength of the elements sintered at different temperature were also measured.The result shows that the element sintered at high temperature can be bent into needed shape at high temperature and there is no crack on its surface, the pore in the element is spheroidized in evidence and the thickness of oxide layer is thinner than that sintered at low temperature.The element sintered at high temperature has low resistivity, high bending strength and its damage temperature is as high as 1750℃.
