摘要 介绍了用离子膜电解槽生产烧碱具有产品质量高、烧碱含盐量低、原料及能耗少、环境污染小等特点。我国目前在建的烧碱厂和各大烧碱厂扩建的新产能用离子膜法生产烧碱的有近60家。钛、镍设备在离子膜烧碱生产装置中的主要应用部位有阳极系的阳极液槽、氯气洗涤塔,淡盐水系统的脱氯塔淡盐水分配器、仪表、冷却器,次氯酸钠系统的冷却器、吸收塔、分离器,氯气系统的湿氯冷却器,盐水系统的液面计,除害系统的换热器、除害风机,以及加料泵、浓碱泵和蒸发器等。预计从2005年至2010年每年新增离子膜生产装置约106t(烧碱产量),需要钛板2350t、钛网400t、镍板和镍网300 ̄400t;每年需修复的金属隔膜槽4×105t(烧碱产量),需要钛板225t、钛网1105t、钛-铜复合棒3310t。 The advantages of membrane electrolyzer process to produce caustic soda were introduced,that is high quality,low salt content,curing down the consumption of raw materials and energy,reducing environmental pollution.Now the domestic to be constructing plants for caustic soda and the producer of reconstruct by membrane electrolyzer process is about 60.The devices of producing caustic soda by membrane process have to in large quantities use many equipments made from Ti and Ni.It can forecast that the yield of caustic soda will increase by 106 t a year from 2005 to 2010,at this time,the demand of the devices for Ti sheet, Ti net,Nickel net and sheet is respectively 2 350 t,400 t, 300-400 t,a year; demand of repairing diaphragm trough for Ti sheet, Ti net, and clad rod of Ti-Cu is respectively 225 t,1 105 t,3 310 t every year.
