摘要
高校的教学管理工作是高等学校最为重要的日常工作,它事关学校的生存与发展,在高等教育日趋大众化、高校间竞争日益激烈的今天,高校教学管理工作的改革应首先从更新观念入手,并在其各项规章制度中体现出管理者、教师和学生的互动理念。
Teaching administration in higher education is the most important daily routine, which is related with the survival and development of universities. Today with the poptdarity of the higher education and the increasingly competition among universities, teaching administration in higher education should reform from changing the ideas, and present the interaction concept of administrators, teachers and students in the rules and regulations.
