As an important means of communication, non - verbal communication constitutes the whole communication system together with verbal communication. This paper analyzes the function and influence of intercultural nonverbal communicative behavior in English teaching. It suggests that English teachers should pay more attention to nonverbal communication in order to improve English teaching.
