摘要
通过水提醇沉方法提取羊栖菜粗多糖,纯化后测定羊栖菜中多糖含量.采用分光光度法、苯酚-硫酸显色法在490 nm处测定其含量.羊栖菜中多糖含量达53.46%,平均加样回收率为99.37%.该方法实验操作简便,准确可靠.
To detect the content of polysaccharide frome Sargassum fus/forme, UV - spectrophotometer and phenol - sulfuric method were used, the detection wavelength was 490 nm. The percent of polysaccharide in Sargassumfusiforme was 53.46% and average recovery was 99.37%. This method is simple, convenient and reliable.
