摘要
研究补阳还五口服液制备工艺条件.采用煎煮法提取口服液中的多糖成分和黄芪甲苷,分光光度法测定多糖成分,薄层扫描法测定黄芪甲苷.采用正交设计,得到最佳工艺:煎煮2次,每次0.5 h,浓缩比1∶3,70%醇沉,琼脂作稳定剂.
This paper studies the preparation of buyanghuanwu oral liquid. Using decoction to extract amylose and astragaloside, determine the amylose with spectrophotometry and determine the astragaloside with TLCS. Using orthogonal test, found the optimal preparation methods.
