18个月以下幼儿尿道下裂一期成形术（附20例报告）

One stage urethroplasty for hypeepadias in infants

１９８８年６月至１９９４年６月对２０例１８个月以下先天性尿道下裂患儿施行一期成形术。１８例一次成功，成功率９０％。早期手术可减少对小儿的心理创伤及家长的焦虑，而手术、麻醉的难度却并未过多地增加．充分的尿转流及新尿道支架管分泌物引流是防止创口感染和尿瘘的重要环节。认为在有条件的医院为１岁左右的幼儿施行一期尿道下裂修复术是可行的。

From June 1988 to June 1994,20 infants less than 18 months old underwent one stage urethroplasty for hypospadias.Successful result has been achieved in 18(90%).Early repair not only relieves the psychological trauma to the child but also the anxiety of his parents.Efficient urine diversion and drainage of neourethial discharge were important to prevent infection and fistula formation.One stage urethroplasty is feasible for hypospadias repair in infants and would not enhance the surgical risk in qualified hospitals.
