摘要
科学发展观是中国共产党借鉴世界发展理论,并根据马克思主义基本原理提出的创新型发展理念。和谐社会作为中国传统文化与科学社会主义相结合的新实践,所面临的问题必须依靠正确的发展理念才能解决。科学发展观与和谐社会二者之间的辩证关系以及二者在目标和内容上的统一,决定了科学发展观是建设和谐社会的全新理念。
Based on the principle of the fundamental concept of Marxism, the scientific view on development presented by CPC is an innovative development concept which has absorbed the world development theory. The harmonic society is an idea integrating Chinese traditional culture with scientific socialism. The concord society put into practice is facing many problems that can be solved only by correct view on development. The dialectical relation between the scientific view on development and the harmonic society and their common goals and contents determine that the scientific view on development is a totally new concept of CPC in building harmony society.
