The Influence of Changes in Industrial Structures to the Employment Growth

文章分析了改革开放以来,我国产业结构和就业结构之间的互动关系。通过对不同指标的比较,发现我国就业矛盾的原因主要在于我国的产业结构与就业结构不相称,就业结构滞后于产业结构的发展,第三产业发展不足。因此,我们必须在认识产业结构和就业结构相互关系的基础上,采取有效措施,实现产业优化和增加就业的双重目标。

This paper analyzes the mutual relationship between industrial and employment structures since reform and opening in china. Through demonstration aad comparison, we find that the problems of employment lie in the disharmony between industrial and employment structures. The development of employment structure, lags behind industrial structure and the third industry is undeveloped. So we should master the mutual relationship between industrial and employment structures and take measures not only to increase the industrial but also to raise the employment rate.
