摘要 冲突是社会生活中不可避免的一种现象。当冲突涉及第三方的利益,或冲突双方相信没有办法自己处理冲突事件时,第三方的介入可能更有利于冲突的处理。第三方的干预有多种可能的形式,具体策略的选择依赖于冲突双方是否愿意放弃对冲突过程或冲突结果的控制,甚至同时放弃对两者的控制。通过对第三方干预的必要性、组织冲突成功解决的标准进行分析,提出组织冲突第三方干预策略选择的一个综合性分析框架。 The conflict is a kind of unavoidable phenomena in social life. When both sides of the conflict believe that have no idea to deal with the conflict alone, the third party needs to get involved at this moment. The third party intervention has many forms; the concrete strategy relies on both conflict sides whether is willing to give up controlling the conflict process or the conflict result. This paper bases on the necessity of the third party intervention and the criteria of settle a conflict, and puts forward a synthetically analytie frame of the third party intervene strategy choice.
