摘要
采用不同类型和不同用量的无卤阻燃剂与丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)熔融挤出制得无卤阻燃ABS。考察了阻燃剂的种类和用量对ABS阻燃效果的影响。对研制的无卤阻燃ABS进行了氧指数的测试。结果表明:微胶囊红磷/Mg(OH)2组成的复合阻燃剂质量分数20.0%时,复合材料ABS阻燃效果达到V-0级。
The type and content of non-halogen flame retardant were used for preparing non-halogen flame-retardant ABS by melting extrusion. The influence of the type and its content of non-halogen flame retardant on the flame-retardant effects of ABS was observed. The oxygen index of the flame-retardant ABS was measured. The results show that the flame-retardant effect of ABS composites with 20. 0% microcapsule red-phosphorus/Mg (OH)2 reaches V-0.
