同时实现两侧及斜下抽芯的注塑模设计

摘要 论述了该塑件的摆放方式及模具分型面选择,设计了实用的模具结构,论述了模具的结构特点和工作原理。模具的动模部分带齿-轮齿条抽芯机构,定模部分采用组合对分式滑块结构。利用斜销及齿轮-齿条抽芯机构同时完成塑件两侧抽芯和斜盲孔抽芯。模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,操作维修方便,成型塑件质量好,生产效率高。 The putting of plastic part and the choice of parting line are discussed. A practical mould configuration is designed. The structure characteristics and the operating principle of the injection mould are dissertated. There is draw cores mechanism with gear-rack on the moving mould part. The bisection slide block configuration is adopted on the fixed mould part. Making use of the angle pins and the gear-rack draw cores mechanism, drawing cores to two sides of plastic parts and inclined blind-hole is achieved simultaneously. The mould configuration is compact. The function of the mould is dependable. The operation and the maintains are convenience. Quality of plastic parts is good and the production efficiency is high.
