Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌的手术治疗

Surgical treatment of stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ breast carcinoma.

目的总结Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌的外科治疗经验。方法136例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者均采用改良根治术行手术切除及CAF或CMF联合方案化疗,部分患者加用放疗或内分泌治疗。结果死亡1例,复发1例,皮瓣下积液24例,部分皮瓣或皮缘坏死12例,5年生存率98.46%。结论采用改良根治术治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌,严格无瘤操作技术、严防并发症,辅以化、放疗及内分泌治疗,可取得较好的远期效果。

Objective To summarize the experience of surgical treatment of stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ breast carcinoma. Methods 136 cases of stage I and stage Ⅱ breast carcinoma were cured by Auchinloss operation and chemotherapy of combination of CAF or CMF regimen and some of them were additionally treated with radiotherapy or endocrinotherapy. Results Of them, one died,one experienced relapse,24 experienced liquid under flap, and 12 suffered from flap or flap edge necrosis. The 5-year survival rate was 98.46%. Conclusion The careful precaution from complication and the additional chemotherapy,radiotherapy or endocrinotherapy may result in the better effect in treating stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ breast carcinoma.
