关节镜下多方位小切口松解紧缩髌支持带治疗髌骨软化症

Arthroscopic lateral retinacular release and medial patellar retinacular reefing with tiny cut in treatment of chondroma patella.

目的探讨髌骨软化症外科治疗方法。方法对40例共58膝髌骨软化症患者行关节镜下多方位小切口膝外侧支持带松解术,根据Larson膝关节功能评分标准进行术前、术后评价。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ级优良率为90%以上,Ⅲ级优良率为71.5%,Ⅳ级好转率达70%以上。结论关节镜下内外侧支持带紧缩松解术可明显缓解髌骨软化症所致的疼痛,且减少创伤和出血。

Objective To explore the surgical treatment of chondroma patella（ CP）. Methods 58 knees of 40 eases were operated with arthroseopie lateral retinaeular release and at the same time with the medial patellar retinaeular reefing. The therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the grading of Larson＇s knee joint function. Results Grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ excellent rate was 90% ,and grade Ⅲ excellent rate 71.5%. Grade Ⅳ improving rate was 70%. Conclusion Arthroseopic lateral and medial patellar retinacular release and medial patellar retinacular reefing with tiny cut can relieve the pain and reduce trauma and bleeding.
