摘要
在车辆—轮胎—地面系统力学范畴内对轮胎偏磨损机理进行了探讨,定义了轮胎偏磨损的概念,指出了滑移力和滑移速度在轮胎轴向和周向上的梯度变化是造成轮胎偏磨损的根本原因.着重介绍了现有轮胎偏磨损预测计算模型:有限单元法,单位磨损里程表示法及磨损能量计算法.并对这三种方法进行了比较和评价,提出今后轮胎偏磨损的研究发展方向.
An analysis was made of uneven wear from the perspective of mechanism and vehicletire- ground system. The uneven wear definition was given and it was concluded that trapezoidal changes of sliding force and slip velocity in transverse and circle direction were the major causes of uneven wear. Three kinds of wear numerical calculation method of tire uneven wear were introduced and evaluated: finite element method (FEM) method, wear per mileage method and wear energy method. Then the research direction about uneven wear was indicated.
